Leadership Harrison is an intensive leadership development program designed to expand the community's civic leadership. Participants engage in face-to-face discussions with experts and key decision-makers in areas of vital concern to Harrison County. The program runs one Friday per month, from September to May, and includes nine, day long sessions.

Activities will include personality profiling and team building, group community service projects, and a mock council session. Discussions will be held on ethics, time management, planning, effective communication and generational differences, difficult conversations, stress management and healthy lifestyle.

A full year membership in the Harrison Chamber is included in the program fee.
